Bluewater Surplus Gym Equipment Dispersal

Council would like to invite not for profit, community, social and sporting clubs who are based within the Shire to put forward an expression of interest for surplus Bluewater gym equipment and other items. An appointment can be made to view the items by emailing inq@colacotway.vic.gov.au to arrange a date and time. Please see the below links with further information and the online form to apply.

Items can be inspected at Council between 31 August and 7 September 2023 by appointment. No request for inspection appointments will be accepted after Wednesday 30 August 2023 5pm. Inspection is not compulsory, but is offered to groups.

Nomination forms must be received by Council no later than 5pm Monday 11 September 2023.

Groups will receive notification of their application on Tuesday 12 September 2023 via email.

Items will then be required to be collected from Council from 18 September 2023. Collection will be by appointment only.

Please see below online form you can use to nominate which items your group would like to express an interest in, or there are attached forms that can be emailed to inq@colacotway.vic.gov.au or handed into Council in person in Colac or Apollo Bay.
