Jamie Bell has resigned from his role as Councillor with Colac Otway Shire Council to focus on work commitments outside the shire.
Council is pleased to announce that it has established an interim agreement with BelgraviaPRO, an experienced accommodation provider that will ensure the Lake Colac caravan park continues to operate uninterrupted through the holiday season.

A new theme of events called – Meet Me in Birregurra commences with the Art Show opening on the 12th and 13th November with a 2 day market in the park. Following after the November weekend will be a series of events combined with our usual markets. Free Community Fun Day is separate on Saturday 3rd December just prior to Christmas. Bring a picnic and enjoy music, food and wine.

Colac’s 63rd KANA Festival opens at 10am with the Circus themed traditional street parade commencing at 1pm from the top end of Murray St. The memorial square will come alive with stalls seling various goods and food as well as the community stage showcasing local talent and the Colac Otway Shire Community Awards.This is a festival for all the family to enjoy!
