Road improvements for the road rail interface

Thanks to our Colac Otway community for your patience and co-operation while we worked to make road and safety improvements to the road rail interface at Back Larpent Road, Larpent and Whytcross Lane, Birregurra.

Both roads will reopen to traffic tomorrow, Wednesday 12 October.

All works at Whytcross Lane, Birregurra are complete however additional works will be required at Back Larpent Road, Larpent to complete the road sealing (due to current weather conditions). This is scheduled to occur during the next rail-line closure in early November, traffic restrictions will be in place and further details on this will be provided closer to the date.
