Council is seeking community feedback on how the former library annexe on Gellibrand Street should be used.

It is estimated that Council could save $20,000 per year if it were to use the former library annexe space for Council meetings, instead of paying for the cost of hiring alternative venues.

Council is seeking community opinion during a six week consultation period on the following:

Do you support Council using the former library annexe space for meetings?
What do you think would be the best use of the former library annexe?
What do you think would be an inappropriate use of the former library annexe?

You can provide your feedback by completing a short survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FormerLibraryAnnexe

Alternatively you can submit a written submission via email to inq@colacotway.vic.gov.au or via mail to Colac Otway Shire, PO Box 283, Colac VIC 3250. Please include your name and contact details on your submission.

Submissions close 5pm Wednesday 11 October 2017.

An open day of the former library annexe space will be held on Thursday 7 September from 11am to 12pm.
