Changes to Waste Collection Services on Good Friday

Alvie, Apollo Bay and Birregurra Transfer Stations will be CLOSED on Good Friday.

There will be no kerbside waste collection services on Good Friday 3 April 2026.

ALL residential bins will be emptied on the day following the usual collection day (Saturday 4 April 2026).

  • bins normally emptied on Friday will be emptied on Saturday

Collections will return to the normal collection schedule from Monday 6 April 2026.

If your bin has been missed for collection, please use our online Submit a Request form to report it directly to our waste collection team - select the Waste Collection option from the Main Category drop down menu.
