Project Overview

This project involves resurfacing the existing asphalt footpath at the Memorial Square, Colac. The current footpath footprint will remain unchanged. The extent of proposed works is annotated in dark grey in image below:

Scope of Works

  • Asphalt overlay of existing asphalt footpath.
  • Vertically realignment of the bluestone edging at selected areas to address tripping hazards. 

No major excavation is planned, and all works will follow the existing footpath layout.

Timeline

  • Expected commencement of works: May 2026
  • Expected completion: Mid 2026
