Pascoe Street Road Safety Upgrades

Road safety upgrade work including, Roundabout construction, priority crossing and drainage upgrades in Pascoe Street, Apollo Bay.

This project is partially funded by the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) through the Safe Local Roads and Streets Program (SLRSP), with the remaining funding provided by Council.

Work is expected to be completed from 23 February 2026 until 9 October 2026.

To support safe and efficient construction, traffic management will be in place. This will include road closures and detours at different times throughout the project. 

Planned work includes:

• Major Drainage works
• Road Reconstruction works
• Minor Kerb and Channel works
• Roundabout construction
• Priority Crossing construction
• Road safety lighting upgrades.

Please note that construction schedules may change due to weather, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Stage One - 23 February to 3 April

Stage Two - 20 April to 3 September

Stage Three - 16 June to 3 September

Stage Four - 6 September to 9 October
