Connor Street Road Safety Upgrades

Road safety upgrades are starting on Connor Street between Hart Street and Corangamite Street.

Works begin on 7 July 2026 and are scheduled for completion by 7 August 2026.

To support safe and efficient construction, traffic management will be in place. This will include lane closures, road closures and detours at different times throughout the project.

These measures are in place to keep the public and construction crews safe and to help the works progress as quickly as possible.

Planned improvements include:

• minor drainage upgrades
• kerb and footpath improvements
• priority crossings
• speed humps
