Mini Movers From the Ground Up Program

Mini Movers From the Ground Up is a free, fun program designed to help  preschool aged kids and their families build long-term healthy habits. 

The 1.5hour session will get kids moving by trying different sports and games, learning about healthy eating while sharing a snack together and digging in the garden, learning where food comes from. All while making new friends and connecting with new families! 

Choose either a morning session or an afternoon session to attend (the program runs for two weeks - on a Wednesday).

Older siblings are welcome, please register then when booking. 

This program is in partnership with the Salvation Army Colac and Wyld Work Projects.
