Lacto-Fermentation Workshop with Patrick Meaney
Next date: Wednesday, 16 September 2026 | 05:30 PM
to 07:00 PM
WHO YOU WORK WITH
Patrick Meaney of course! Patrick is the founder of Farm to Ferment, and has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to fermentation. He is keen to share his own learnings and empower participants to create their own bubbles of magic.
WHAT YOU MAY LEARN
Discover this ancient cultural practice in a messy, creative and addictive hands-on experience. Learn how to ferment food, as well as the health benefits of lacto-fermentation.
No-one walks away empty handed – in fact it's best to come with at least two jars.
This workshop is suitable for creatives, beginners, experienced fermenters, foodies or anyone interested in embracing a new skill.
WHAT YOU NEED
Please bring your own containers or jars to the workshop, and wear comfortable shoes for standing for the duration of the workshop.
