Take a moment to pause and unwind with us at this special free event designed to help carers find calm amid the busy-ness of the season. 
Enjoy a light finger-food lunch while connecting with fellow carers and local support services in a warm, welcoming setting. Take part in a series of gentle, creative, and sensory-based activities to restore balance, spark creativity, and bring a sense of peace. Activities include:
Calm Sand Candle-Making 
Mindful Stone Painting (time permitting) 
Guided Hypno-Meditation
