Cressy Aerodrome - Australia Day 2026

Celebrate Australia Day at the Cressy Aerodrome on Monday 26 January 2026, where community, heritage and adventure come together for a meaningful day of recognition and celebration. 

The event will be held at 175 Aerodrome Road, Cressy VIC, with gates opening at 10am.

Highlights include a Citizenship Ceremony welcoming new Australians to the Colac Otway Shire, a celebration of Community Award recipients, live music, historical displays and a range of food and drink options.

Visitors can also take to the skies in the beloved Tiger Moth aircraft “Millie” for a truly memorable experience (bookings essential).

Live entertainment will be provided by The Divinyls Story – It’s A Fine Line with a two-hour performance.

The Colac City Band will also perform multiple times throughout the day. There will be multiple food options & drinks from the onsite bar.

Return buses will be running from Colac’s Memorial Square out to Cressy all day.
