Colac Kana Festival

The theme for the 66th Colac Kana Festival is 'Once Upon a Time'.
The day will feature live entertainment on the community stage from 10am, market stalls and a Parade making it's way around the grounds from 1:00pm.

Step into a world of magic, wonder and imagination as we celebrate the timeless charm of fairytales and storytelling. From enchanted castles and mythical creatures to classic bedtime tales, this year’s festival will bring stories to life in colourful, creative and exciting ways. Explore market stalls filled with treasures, treats and handmade delights, enjoy performances inspired by tales old and new, and be swept away by a parade of characters straight out of storybooks. We can’t wait to see how community groups, sporting clubs, schools and local businesses bring the ‘Once Upon a Time’ theme to life with their stalls, costumes and parade floats.
With fun for the whole family, this year’s festival is set to be a magical day celebrating community spirit, creativity and imagination.
