Change our Game – Womens Come and Try Session for 40+yo

On behalf of the Forrest MTB & Cycling Club, we are excited to deliver free mountain bike “come and try” sessions wholly subsidised by the Change our Game initiative of the Victorian State Government.

Winter Womens Come and Try Session for 40+yo

16 August 10am – 12pm

Keen to try mountain biking but don’t know where to start? Don’t have a bike? Ride a bit but never had lessons?

Come and give it a go in a safe and friendly environment with the guidance of a professional instructor from Explore MTB.

This two hour session will take you through the basics you need to get out on a beginner trail:

• Safety
• Bike Operation (gears and brakes)
• Body Position
