Book a Family and Local History Librarian

These free 45-minute sessions are designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to undertake your own research.
 
Once you have registered, please email heritagecentre@grlc.vic.gov.au outlining:

1.       what you would like to achieve in your 45-minute session

2.       what research you have undertaken so far (including what databases, if any, you have used)

Please use the subject heading ‘Book a family & local history librarian’ and the date of your booking.

If you would prefer to speak with a family & local history librarian, you can call 03 4201 0630 during our opening hours (10am-4pm Tuesday-Friday).

Please note the location of your booking. These sessions are at Colac Library (173 Queen Street, Colac).

If you experience any barriers to accessing this service in person, please contact us. We can offer this service online upon request.
