Treat yourself and your team to a delicious business breakfast and hear from a renowned expert in team-building and leadership!

Guest speaker: Ray McLean from Leading Teams will join us to speak about Building High Performance Teams and Links to Leadership.

The presentation will be suitable for business, nonprofit and volunteer sectors.

Ray McLean is well known for working with multiple AFL and sporting teams, as well as corporates, government and education. He helps teams work on leadership development, team development and culture change.

The Business Breakfast is a fantastic opportunity to catch up with fellow members of the Colac & District business community, while setting your team up for a successful 2026.

This event is a fundraiser for the Colac Community Fund (previously known as the Colac Sub-Fund of the South West Community Foundation). Led by a committee of passionate locals, the Colac Community Fund supports local causes and projects through regular granting rounds. Most recently, it distributed $15,000 amongst 6 Colac groups in October 2025.

When: 7.30am breakfast served, 8am speaker

Where: City Bowls Club, Gravesend Street (near Central Reserve)

Tickets: $40pp

Inclusions: Buffet-style big breakfast (including sourdough bread, fried or poached eggs, American maple bacon, roast tomato, pork sausage, hash brown, spinach), tea, coffee and juice

Raffle tickets can also be purchased online or on the day.

Prizes include: Gift vouchers ranging in value from $50-$100 from businesses including Lillypilly, Woods Jewellers, MeatCrew and Union Hotel Colac, as well as a hamper of local goodies from Colac Unearthed.
