The Amendment proposes to rezone 4274 square metres of land at 30 Factory Road Cororooke from Farming Zone to Township Zone.
The purpose of the Amendment is to reduce planning permit requirements applying to land within the Colac CBD.
The Amendment seeks to rezone 50 hectares of land bounded by Sinclair Street South, Irrewillipe Road, Hart Street, and Harris Road, Elliminyt from the Rural Living Zone to the Neighbourhood Residential Zone.
