Barwon South Western Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect

Barwon South Western Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect provides free support for families, carers and supporters of people experiencing mental health, substance use and/or neurodivergent challenges. Support includes peer worker support, psychological and wellbeing support, help navigating the mental health and wellbeing system, access to hardship funds, vocational coaching, education and practical support. No referral from a doctor or health professional is required.
