Colac Otway Shire Council hereby gives public notice of its intention to discontinue the Crown Road Reserve described as Visitor Information Centre Land (corner of Queen Street and Murray Street, Colac), as set out in the plan below (shaded), pursuant to Sections 12 of the Road Management Act 2004 and 206 of the Local Government Act 1989.
Council invites written submission from members of the public as to the intention to discontinue the Crown Road Reserve (Public Consultation). Submissions close at 2pm on 26 April 2024.
