Colac Otway Shire Council hereby gives public notice of its intention to discontinue the Road Reserve as set out in the plan below (shaded), pursuant to Sections 12 of the Road Management Act 2004 and 206 of the Local Government Act 1989.
Council invites written submission from members of the public as to the intention to discontinue the Road Reserve (Public Consultation). Submissions must be lodged prior to 2pm on 17 May 2024 addressed to The Chief Executive Officer, Colac Otway Shire Council, Post Office Box 283 Colac 3250 or by email to inq@colacotway.vic.gov.au Any submitter that requests to be heard will be advised of a future Submission Hearing date.
