Colac Otway Shire Council is planning for Colac’s population growth over the next few decades and will develop a structure plan to guide future land use, development and infrastructure within the Deans Creek Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) area at the western edge of Colac/Elliminyt.
Council invites Colac residents to apply to be part of the Community Reference Group (CRG) to help shape the plan. We welcome your contribution to this important project.
The Community Reference Group will be made up of around 26 adult members of the community whose primary place of residence is Colac and represent various age groups. The group will also include representation from the Aboriginal community to provide Indigenous perspectives.
Landowners within the Deans Creek PSP area cannot form part of the Community Reference Group to avoid conflicts of interest.
