Community ideas for 69 McLachlan Street, Apollo Bay

At its October meeting in Apollo Bay, Council decided to pause the sale of 69 McLachlan St, Apollo Bay.

Council is providing the community with a further opportunity to put forward ideas about how the former kindergarten site may be used if it is not sold.

Council will consider the community’s views at its Council Meeting scheduled for 13 December 2023.

Ideas need to put in writing and should be clearly marked as “Community ideas for 69 McLachlan St, Apollo Bay (former kindergarten)” and can be submitted in a variety of ways:

• Send an email to inq@colacotway.vic.gov.au
• Hand-deliver a written submission to the Council's Customer Service Centre in Colac (2-6 Rae Street) or Apollo Bay at GORVIC (100 Great Ocean Road).
• Post a submission to Colac Otway Shire Council, PO Box 283, Colac, VIC 3250 (submissions must be received on or before Monday 27 November 2023).

All written submissions must be received by Council before 5pm on Monday 27 November 2023.
