Council is seeking feedback from local business operators and the broader community about visitor servicing in Colac Otway.
We're interested in hearing from the Colac Otway community on how to deliver a service that best caters to visitor needs.
We'd like to hear feedback from our community and local commercial operators to understand the importance of visitors to local business, how we engage with visitors and community expectations on the extent of local servicing offered.
Please share your experiences and what future opportunities might look like.
Council committed to conducting a Colac Visitor Servicing Review following receipt of a petition with 660 signatures supporting the opening of the Colac Visitor Information Centre seven days a week.
