The Colac 2050 Growth Plan sets an aspiration to grow Colac’s population to 20,000 by 2050.The community’s views on how and where Colac should grow are important to Council. Work is underway to complete the Bluewater stadium, with the aim to have it open by March.
Central Reserve is Colac Otway Shire’s premier recreation reserve and attracts approx 100,000 visitations per year. The project will aim to improve off-field facilities for participants & officials.
