Draft 2019-2020 Fees & Charges
Notice is hereby given that Colac Otway Shire Council has prepared the Draft 2019-2020 Fees & Charges, with the community invited to make written submissions.
A copy of the Draft 2019-2020 Fees & Charges is available for viewing Monday to Friday at Council’s Customer Service Centre at 2-6 Rae Street, Colac between 8.30am and 5pm and at the Apollo Bay Customer Service Centre, 69 Nelson Street, Apollo Bay between 9am and 1.30pm from today, Wednesday 3 July 2019.

Submissions
Any person wishing to make a written submission on the Draft 2019-2020 Fees & Charges must lodge a submission by 5pm on Wednesday, 14 August 2019. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Colac Otway Shire, PO Box 283, Colac VIC 3250.
All written submissions lodged with the Council will become public documents available for inspection by the public.
Council will meet to formally consider the Draft 2019-2020 Fees & Charges at the Ordinary Council meeting on Wednesday, 28 August 2019 at 4pm at COPACC.
