Colac Otway Shire is currently formulating its Active Transport Strategy and wants residents to consider 'human' travel alternatives to the more motorised ways of getting around.
The aim of the strategy is to bring about positive change and Council is calling on the community to have input on tactics to inspire a greater uptake of healthy travel alternatives.
The Shire will be holding three 'Talk Shops' beginning at the Fun in the Square event Wednesday 5 December 2012 from 3.30pm. Look for the Active Transport marquee and take advantage of your opportunity to have vital input into the strategy.
