The much loved narrow gauge railway between Colac, Beech Forest and beyond closed on 30 June 1962. To mark 50 years since this sad day a display of photos and other memorabilia relating to the railway will be held at the historic 1877 Birregurra Railway Station. A dvd of the railway in action will be screened and tea/coffee available.
