| Apollo Bay Harbour Precinct Master Plan | | Apollo Bay Harbour Precinct Master Plan sets out the concept for development over the next 20 years to capitalise on the unique location and character of the Apollo Bay Harbour and to guide development in a way that will set it apart from other towns along the Great Ocean Road. This means maintaining its distinctive seaside fishing village character and the port as a working harbour, and enhancing the natural environment. It is also vital that any development maximises community benefit in terms of social, community and recreational access and facilities.
Colac Otway Shire is working with the State Government on a process to include the Master Plan in the Colac Otway Planning Scheme and a Business Case to support a Government contribution and to attract private investment. | |
