The Small Town Improvement Program aims to assist in improving infrastructure on public land in the small towns of the Colac Otway Shire. Council currently allocates $100,000 annually to small town capital works, subject to budget approval. The program involves working with local progress associations to assess the needs of the community and to assist in providing a planned approach to undertaking the projects in order of priority. To view Community Infrastructure Master Plans and Township Plans click on links below Small Town Improvement Program (STIP) Project Proposal - Community Groups and Progress Associations may submit a project proposal to be considered for the STIP program.
