The Colac Community Library and Learning Centre is a state-of-the art facility for the Colac Otway community which will accommodate secondary students, the general community and specific learning groups such as TAFE students, U3A and the Colac Toy Library.

Internet access for up to two hours per day
A computing suite which is available out of school hours for group bookings
Personal computers with games for preschoolers
Online resources such as Ancestry Online, Tumblebooks and more...
Five meeting rooms are available for the public to book.
The library contains more than 50,000 items which are available for loan. Items include:
DVDs,
newspapers,
talking books,
large print books,
best sellers,
books on every topic from car repair manuals to wedding etiquette.
Story time for preschoolers is held every Friday at 10.30am.
