The Aged and Disability Service Unit at Colac Otway Shire (CosCare) provides a comprehensive and integrated range of support services for frail and elderly people and people with disabilities to live independently in their own homes and to participate in their communities.

The Shire has implemented the TTY (telephone typewriter) systems at the Rae Street Customer Service office and the Colac Visitor Information Centre.

Including Counter hearing loops and personal FM systems to assist the hearing impaired access information.
