Corangamite Regional Library Corporation operates 11 libraries and an outreach library service in the south-western district with the support of local Councils (Colac Otway Shire, Corangamite Shire and Moyne Shire and the Warrnambool City)and the Victorian Government.

In Colac, the library is located in Gellibrand Street, opposite the railway station. Tel 5231 4613. In Apollo Bay, the library is located at Marrar Woorn Neighbourhood House, 6 Pengilley Avenue, Apollo Bay.
